I was cruising through my friend's blog (the Bimpire) and read that her house was robbed (tv), then I remember a few years back "This Mama Makes Stuff" was robbed too (computer and tv). Somebody tried to rob "just trying to have some fun's" little boy at a shopping area nearby and I recently had two separate notices on my door that we had car break in's in our locked carport area and someone was held at gunpoint in the early morning in a secluded stairwell and robbed. I think it's a good reminder to remember we are in LA and to lock your doors, don't leave visible things on the seats of your car, and just listen to your gut instinct, that still small voice or the powers that be.

My gut talks to me all the time but it isn't telling me anything about my safety!
There is a guy here in SLC who's house was robbed while he was away and knew that the guy would probably be back again if he had the chance. He set up a sting operation and sure enough the creep came back again and the homeowner beat the crap out of him. I like that! I'm actually going to get my concealed weapons permit!
Don't mind Scottie. He loves reading your blog and so do I. YOu are so cute and very creative in your blogging. Can't wait to see you! If you want to go to Sea World, I have a pass for 50% off. It might be busy though. Maybe come down one day. I really think Sienna will love Elmo!
There are some dirty rotten scoundrels in this world. Be careful!
How scary! I get nervous every time we leave the house (even though we have an alarm). Thanks for the reminder to be a little more alert.
That's one thing I'm loving about living in the backwoods of western Washington- no worries about break-ins, theft, car jacking, whatever. Just the raccoons getting into the garbage!
