I am happy to announce that we are going to be into this little two bedroom house by April 1st. After looking at 43 homes most of them with Sienna, we finally found one that fit all of our requirements. The number 43 includes the homes I had to see twice, Brett looked at thirteen, and Sienna was dragged to 39. I found it on Westside Rentals but I was also using a realtor and Craig's list too.
Anyways, the excitement of it all is keeping me up at night because I have wanted this for Sienna for awhile now. Apartment living has it's conveniences but bring on the house. We are so ready!

Such great news! Sienna will have so much fun running around in the yard - you will too! How great that you get to stay in the area and still be close to friends! Do you have enough room for me to come and crash at your place for a few days? :)

All I can think of is no more pool parties... That perfect pool... I'm happy for you though. Gotta have the yard, for sure, and it's an adorable house. Are you buying or renting?
