I went to the mall tonight and randomly ran into Jean (pretend that I entered a cool link to her blog here but I still don't know how to do it) so our kids went crazy together in the huge play area. Didn't bring a camera to document how cool we were but I decided to run into a kid's shoe store afterwards to see their sale. The sales person asked me if she could measure my daughter's shoe size and I said sure but I know she's a size four. WRONG. She is a size 6. I couldn't believe it, I asked for her to measure her again...could this be correct? Two sizes off? Sure enough she has been wearing the wrong shoe size.

It was great to see you guys!! The entire time that Weston and I were walking to the car, he kept saying, "Henna?" I think he loves her. :-)
That's so funny about her shoe size!! Geez, those little kid feet grow like CRAZY! (Did you buy the shoes in the picture? Or is that just a random picture? They are SO cute.)
Yikes! My little guy has been wearing a size 6 for a few weeks now and I am wondering if I too am clueless and he should be wearing a bigger size! We too were in the shoe store the other day and the salesperson asked is she could measure his foot, and I thought, "DUH! I think I know what size of shoe my 2 year. old wears! But, thanks for doubting me, you lame-o!" Now I need to go get him measured....and repent.
I LOVE those shoes...tell me you bought those. They are too die for!
"In a good shoe I wear a 6but a 7 feels so good I buy an 8". Steel Magnolia's baby.
I say it doesn't matter so long as she looks great!
